I have been through the homebuilding process a number of times, but this was my first experience Cedar Pointe Homes.  Although there were some bumps in the process I have to say that Cedar Pointe Homes was the most honest, ethical, homebuilding organization that I have ever worked with.  They were also very communicative during the construction phases.  We received regular video updates and well as email communications.  I would highly recommend them to build your home.

Kasey was a real pro throughout the entire process. He exhibited a high degree of professionalism, patience with us, sense of urgency with the project and very open to our thoughts and ideas. We couldn't have had a better experience in moving into our dream home across state lines to St George. Cedar Pointe continues to follow up in a difficult pandemic shortage to make sure every detail is addressed.

Kaelen, Kasey, and Brandi at Cedar Pointe Homes have been so wonderful to work with, as an interior designer, on my client's design for his home during the designing, selection, and construction part of this process. Communication has been prompt and professional, and that is appreciated! The quality build is among the best here in southern Utah and I would work with all of them again.

So Impressed with the home Cedar Pointe Homes built in Desert Color.  The quality of work and attention to details was impressive.  This is not your basic cookie cutter home but rather a 4 story vacation getaway with very tricky levels and outdoor decks.
